Project Overview
BROC installed the Newton Middle School gymnasium floor — a combination athletic/track surface featuring perimeter running track graphics integrated with basketball and volleyball game lines. This hybrid configuration maximizes PE programming flexibility while preserving full-size competition athletic court dimensions.
Scope included subfloor system, hardwood athletic flooring, track-line layout and painting, multi-sport court graphics, and multiple finish coats. The track-graphic configuration is increasingly popular for middle-school facilities that need to support running club programs alongside traditional gym activities.
