LED display repair, controller troubleshooting, wireless setup, sensor replacement, electrical connection service. Multi-sport scoreboards covered.

Wall Padding

Vinyl re-skinning, foam replacement, hardware service, mounting and re-mounting. Far cheaper than full replacement for sound foam cores.

Divider Curtains

Motor service, vinyl re-skin, mesh replacement, control system service, mounting hardware inspection.

Bleachers

Mat Hoists & Storage

Wall-mounted hoist motor service, cable replacement, hardware service. Periodic safety inspections.

Volleyball & Multi-Sport Systems

Pole hardware, floor sleeve replacement, net system service, multi-sport configuration changes.

Lockers

Door, hinge, lock, and bench hardware replacement. Refinishing and re-skinning. Number plate replacement.

Yes. BROC’s service team works on equipment from any manufacturer or original installer. Bleacher motor service, basketball backstop hoist service, scoreboard repair — we service the equipment, not just our own installations.
How fast can BROC respond to emergency service calls?
Emergency situations like bleachers stuck extended or backstops stuck lowered are prioritized. Standard service is scheduled within 5–10 business days.
What's covered in an annual maintenance contract?
Typical district contracts cover bleacher inspections, motor service on backstops and bleachers, scoreboard checks, locker hardware review, wall pad assessment, and one annual safety walk-through per facility. Custom scopes available.
Why does annual service matter for warranty?
Most equipment manufacturers (Hussey, Interkal, Porter, others) require documented annual service or inspections to maintain warranty coverage. Skipping service often voids warranty silently — you only find out at the point of claim.
Can BROC source parts for our in-house team?
Yes. BROC can source manufacturer parts for districts that prefer to do in-house service. Common applications include motor brushes, locking pawls, backboard glass, scoreboard displays, and net hardware.
